These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Sutton Sanitation ("we," "us," or "our"), including our waste hauling and dumpster rental services and our SMS messaging program. By using our services or participating in our SMS program, you agree to these Terms.

Program Description:
Sutton Sanitation sends customers service-related SMS communications, including order confirmations, delivery updates, service reminders, and account notifications. Messages are sent only after a customer has provided explicit verbal consent during a phone call with a Sutton Sanitation representative. After consent is captured verbally, the representative manually enters the customer's mobile number into our system to enable SMS messaging.
Message Frequency:
You may receive up to 5 messages per rental per month. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Messages are recurring throughout your rental period.
Message and Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile carrier plan for details. Sutton Sanitation is not responsible for charges assessed by your wireless carrier.
How to Opt Out:
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you provide verbal consent again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless service provider and is outside of Sutton Sanitation's control.
You must be at least 18 years old and be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile telephone number provided to participate in the SMS messaging program. By providing verbal consent, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
SMS messaging is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier availability is subject to change without notice.
